Everything went great. They showed up on time and all the costs disclosed were up front. (Beware some companies will charge a service call AND trip charge and spring the trip charge on you.) Even threw in some extra keys. Definitely call again if needed.

Upon describing my problem, Bill asked me to send photographs of the work needing to be done. He called me back promptly and was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. I needed the work to be done and he offered to come by immediately. He arrived promptly and quickly completed my work. When asked for his opinion re: the necessity of additional work, he answered honestly and advised against it, even though it would have provided add'l income for his business. I very much appreciated his candor and honesty and would highly recommend him and his business, LockDoc.

Perfectly. I was able to make an appointment promptly. Bill assessed the problem and had the replacement parts to fix the lock quickly. He offered suggestions to help reduce the likelihood of a recurrence. He was professional polite and pleasant.

Bill was very responsive and able to come out right away. Up front with pricing. Recommended adding a dead bolt to the garage door for better protection which we appreciated.

Bill is an exceptional locksmith. Had never used him before, but looked up reviews on his business on Angie's List and was very impressed with what I read. I called him and thought for sure it would more expensive than having him come on a weekday, but it was not. He arrived exactly when he said he would. People such as him are hard to find in this day and age. Bill knows his craft very well and gave me very good advice on other things. Never made me feel like I was bothering him when I asked him questions and answered any and all concerns I had. I now only have to worry about using one key for indoor and outside doors for front and back instead of fumbling for more than one key. It is refreshing to know that there are people such as him that do such good work and are not out just for the almighty dollar, but truly care about helping people. His pricing is very reasonable, he comes when he says he'll be there and does very, very good work. Cleaned everything up when the job was completed. Made extra keys for me and gave me a senior citizen discount. There are many businesses and employees that could learn a lot from Bill as far as how to run a business and how to treat your customers. I hope he is around for a very long time. People like him are hard to find. I will definitely call him and only him when I need locksmith services. Thank you Bill for being the kind of person you are, doing what you do for others and running a business with such honesty. I will be telling everyone I know about your business and to call you. 

It went great. He was prompt, professional, and did excellent work. He also made some very useful suggestions and explained things.

Very responsive, putting me on the schedule the very next day. Bill had all the right equipment to flex to my needs, he took time to explain things and gave me options. Overall an honest and fair shop.

Our old front door lock failed due to old age. I contacted the Lock Doc and got good advise regarding my options over the phone. I then called him back and was able to schedule an appointment a few hours later. Bill came on time and did a great job installing the locks.

Bill was great. Was able to come out the next day and completed all requested work and actually fixed a couple doors that we did not know we an issue. He also offered suggestions for additional work, if needed. Would highly recommend Bill and The Lock Doc. Service call was $45.00 and each lock re-keyed was $15.00 each. Also gave us 5 new keys.

I needed to change the locks on several doors and wanted to use Schlage keyless entry locks which I already purchased on Amazon.  A friend was going to install them but told me that he couldn't since my doors were not compatible?.of course it was too late to return all 4 of them so I was bummed.  When I called Bill at Lock doc, he was very prompt in returning my call.  I took pictures of my doors and locks to see if it were possible to use them.  Happily, they were not going to be a problem for Bill.  He came out within a day and spent several hours for all of my doors.  He rekeyed all of them to use the same key? The keyless entry locks were installed and he explained how to program them.  He must have been here for 4 hours or more. 

 He was very professional and got everything done without being overly chatty.  I know that if I ever had a problem, I could call him.  There are several Lock doc names out there but Bill is the one to call.  The extra bonus was when he opened up a safe that my son had locked himself out of?he had to cut into it but my son was very happy to get his "valuables" back.  Sometimes you have to be careful about the professionalism of people you invite into your home and with Bill, I never had a concern.  I would recommend him to anyone.  His services were very fairly priced for the amount of work he did.  

Bill arrived within 1 hour of my call - gave me some good options when I asked about changing the lock to digital and explained the pro's and con's of lock type etc. Eventually, I decided only to rekey the existing lock. Certainly use again - very professional

Bill was awesome.  He responded very quickly to the inquiry on Angie's list, scheduled a time for the next day, and showed up exactly as planned.  He did the work under miserable weather conditions, but yet was still fast and efficient.  He had good suggestions to make the locks more user-friendly.  We will absolutely use Bill for all future locksmith needs.

Showed up promptly after my call.  Gave me a bid.  He did a great prompt job on some complex old door locks.  Did what he said he would do and then did it.  Tenants were happy with his work and was easy to work with.  This is the second time I have used the lock doc and will use again. Good work!  Neat! Friendy! Competent!  I recommend him and you will enjoy working with Bill,  Prices were reasonable and better then other bids. 

He was wonderful: professional, effective, prompt, considerate. Did a beautiful job for a very reasonable fee. 

Called him in the early evening because a lock had failed,. I was concerned as I had found a number of disconcerting reviews of other regional locksmiths online, including reports of some who charged unbelievably high fees of people locked out of their cars in the middle of the night. So I looked around carefully before deciding whom to phone. 

He was very professional and accommodating when I phoned. Asked questions about the situation, described a range of likely  solutions and their costs, offered to come right over, then did exactly as he had promised. 

Investigated the problem, confirmed the over-the-phone diagnosis, showed me several locks, installed the one I chose but first described two possible ways of installating with their pros and cons, then installed the lock exactly as he said he would and carefully cleaned up--over my protests--a small amount of sawdust. 

I recommend him highly, and if I ever again need a locksmith, I'll call this one!
